CONFERENCES
Whether you’re running a sales conference, a national conference, an industry conference, a community conference or an association’s annual conference, there’s one thing to focus on:
Your conference delegates need an engaging, exciting format which connects, educates and inspires.

We deliver this and more.

The planning phase is crucial, and for major or international conferences can take a year or more. We work with you throughout that period to minimise stress and headaches. We’re experienced in all aspects of conference management, from concept to speakers and entertainment; from venues, AV and catering to delegate travel and accommodation.
Our expertise is backed by:

-
Use of project management tools to keep on track with deadlines
-
Regular communication – daily or weekly as required – so you always know what stage conference preparation has reached and what the next priorities are
-
Flexibility to adapt to the inevitable changes in schedules, plans and program – including systems to identify and manage knock-on effects from one change

We assist clients with smaller meetings as well as conferences. These can be AGMs, state-level meetings, board meetings, or meetings of senior management from multiple state-level associations.
Whatever the size or objective of your meeting, our aim is to ensure that all attendees can connect, experience and engage.

Eyob and his team did a great job of organising a recent conference of around 150 attendees. Everything was done on time, and some things done before I thought to ask for them! I would certainly ask Eyob again if/when we hold a similar event.

The conference format, program and speakers are fundamental to your delegates’ conference experience. But you also need a meeting which runs smoothly so that nothing distracts them.
Advance information, registration, customer support, timeliness and technology that works are important whether you meet in-person or online. For in-person conferences, you also need to get the venue, food, travel and accommodation right. If you’re meeting online, these issues disappear, but you may need to work harder on engagement. Interactive formats and conference gift boxes can bring back some of the buzz.
We work closely with your in-house team and other stakeholders, right from the start of planning. Our capabilities include:

-
Setting vision, goals and budget
-
Conference format and direction
-
Booking and recommending speakers
-
Developing and running a partner program if required
-
Developing and coordinating conference content and materials (program, invitations, other collateral)
-
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers (venue, travel, catering, speakers, performers, audio-visual etc.)
-
Administration and logistics management (budget management, checklists, run sheets, coordination with your team, suppliers and stakeholders)
-
Hands-on management during the conference, so you are free to interact with your delegates
-
Post conference assessment and evaluation
