- 01Yes, we do. Icon Corporate Events offers a strategy session to assist bring your brand to life through immersive event experiences. The process includes research, brainstorming and the development of a tailored event concept and strategy that connects emotionally with your audience, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy. Key Components: Event Concept Creation: Design strategies aligned with your company’s values, culture, and audience expectations. Interactive Experiences: Develop unique, engaging activities to enhance the event concept. Session Process: 1. Preparation and Invitation: Invite key stakeholders and share the agenda for a productive discussion. 2. Core Values Analysis: Explore organisational values to inspire innovative event ideas. 3. Documentation: Use tools like whiteboards and post-its to record and share session insights. 4. Idea Refinement: Merge ideas, consider different perspectives and incorporate research-backed strategies. 5. Time and Resources: Sessions last 2–6 hours with two staff members (a facilitator and a note-taker). A comprehensive report will be provided post-session, with the option for Icon Corporate Events to assist in event execution upon approval of the concept. TOTAL PACKAGE: $3300 ex GST. - 02Our team is committed to staying within your budget. Events involve many variables and any additional costs will be communicated and require your approval before proceeding. If changes are requested by the client, these will also incur additional charges, which will be notified to you or your treasurer in advance. To keep all details transparent, we’ll provide weekly WIP updates with detailed budget tracking.
