The Experience Index PTY LTD - ABN 97 632 576 688 ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.iconcorpevents.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by The Experience Index (Australia).
2. Promotional Offer
Book an EOFY / end-of-year celebration before 1 September and receive 50 complimentary Bahen & Co chocolate bars, provided for the first 50 confirmed attendees.
3. Eligibility
This offer applies to eligible new event bookings made within the promotional period. It is available to corporate and group event clients only and is subject to availability.
4. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from tomorrow (17 June 2026) until 1 September 2026, or until allocation is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
5. Redemption Conditions

Offer applies to the first 50 confirmed attendees per eligible booking.

Attendance numbers must be confirmed by the agreed final guest confirmation date prior to the event.

The promotional items will be provided once the booking is confirmed and any required deposit has been received (if applicable).
6. Availability and Substitution
This offer is strictly limited. If Bahen & Co products become unavailable, The Experience Index reserves the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
7. Non-Transferable/No Cash Alternative
This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or any other alternative.
8. Amendments and Cancellation
The Experience Index reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law. Confirmed bookings made prior to any changes will not be affected.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Experience Index is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the promotional items.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
