Our First COVID safe event with the Sydney Hills Business Chamber.
Our first in-person event back since March and how it felt sooo good to see the members and attendees from the Sydney Hills Business Chamber. Our October Leadership Lunch with Justin Herald saw 50 attendees enjoy Justin's message on customer experience. A subject matter that is super relevant for all the small businesses in the room. Every COVID rule was applied successfully including;
4 attendees per table.
4m square meter between tables.
Allocated seating only with attendees not allowed to move from their tables except for visiting the restroom.
Clear signage and sanitisers in different stations.
Staff and venue staff wearing masks for service.
Table service for food and beverages.
Use of sli.do for further engagement
We also removed the first time awkwardness as best as we can by being open and talking about the reality. Thank you to Sonja Palic and the board of theSydney Hills Business Chamber for taking the brave step to host a live event.
